Once the payment has been received (See Forms of payment) we will immediately proceed to send your order together with a detailed bill.
In order to provide our clients with the best possible service we have contracted with Tourline their Global Express service, which guarantees the delivery of our product within 24 hrs or __ hrs outside Spain.

After delivery, customers have 24 hours to check the integrity of the product and see that everything is included. No complains for delivery failure or damage will be accepted past those 24 hrs.
Should the customer receive a damaged product, complaints must be notified to the courier by phone:
An email notification must also be sent to us describing the damageand indicating the order reference number. If necessary, a new delivery will be ordered.
